Luscombe is a multi-award winning organic drinks producer based in South Devon. Passionate about making the very best tasting organic drinks, they source the finest quality organic whole fruits from trusted growers around the world and blend them with Dartmoor spring water, drawn from a source on their farm where the drinks are made. The challenge

Having been so well established in trade and retail, Luscombe were looking to grow the online side of their business. Luscombe successfully launched a new website during the Covid pandemic but they were looking for a partner to maximise brand and sales through key channels, such as email, in order to help them find and nurture more customers through the website.


Working closely with the Head of Marketing at Luscombe, we designed a content and partnerships strategy which we combined with a lifecycle email marketing plan to ensure we were acquiring new and relevant subscribers at scale, whilst converting and nurturing them with brand-led content and timely email marketing communications.


Within 8 months of working with Luscombe, we achieved the following for their email channel;

  • Grew the consumer database from 2,500 to 25,000 - 900% growth
  • Achieved 4,594% YOY growth of website visits from email
  • Achieved 1,138% YOY growth in website sales from email
  • Designed a new email marketing template
  • Built a lifecycle plan for their customer journey
