Building a data acquisition and email marketing automation strategy for well known drinks brand
Working closely with the Head of Marketing at Luscombe, we designed a content and partnerships strategy which we combined with a lifecycle email marketing plan to ensure we were acquiring new and relevant subscribers at scale, whilst converting and nurturing them with brand-led content and timely email marketing communications.
Within 8 months of working with Luscombe, we achieved the following for their email channel;
- Grew the consumer database from 2,500 to 25,000 - 900% growth
- Achieved 4,594% YOY growth of website visits from email
- Achieved 1,138% YOY growth in website sales from email
- Designed a new email marketing template
- Built a lifecycle plan for their customer journey
- Set up key automations/flows including Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Order Thank You, Lapsed, Win Back, 2nd Order Replenishment
